• During peak seasons or sales, processing may take 3–5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• Standard shipping within India: 3–7 business days.

• Delivery times may vary based on location, courier workload, or unforeseen delays.

• Customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once the order is shipped.

Shipping Costs

• Calculated based on order weight, delivery address, and shipping method.

• Costs are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Delivery Address & Attempts

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

• Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned, and return shipping costs may apply.

Proof of Delivery

• Customers are required to record a 360° unboxing video at the time of parcel receipt.

• This video will be mandatory to process any claims for damaged or missing items.

International Shipping

• International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance delays.
