Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and other applicable Indian laws. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to Indian consumer protection laws.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method as per RBI guidelines.
Conditions for Returns
For goods to be eligible for return:

Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Goods must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Mandatory Condition: At the time of receiving the parcel, the customer must record a 360° unboxing video clearly showing the package condition. This video will be required to process any return or refund claim.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
Non-returnable items:

Customized or personalized sarees/suits.

Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., unsealed blouses, innerwear).

Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Returning Goods

Exchanges

Subject to stock availability, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.

Exchanges are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the 360° video proof.

We will arrange replacement or refund as per Indian consumer protection laws.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, we will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts under Indian law.
